They’ve shown to be trolling biddies in the past (see winter veil comic strips) so I think he may be an ally – but knowing Castor his help will come with a cost.
This is what I’m worried about. All this chaos going on in Xujan, with mass opportunities to mess with people, and he’s just sitting here waiting for Theron? Something’s up.
I think Castor looked at what was happening on the server, and looked for his favorite people to mess with; then, not seeing Theron anywhere around the docks, Castor checked for Theron’s location. The /who function (or RoQ-equivalent) would tell Castor where to go in order to ask Theron why he’s so far away from the scene of the main action, so Castor went there (having his own means of swift movement) in order to inquire in person.
An earlier strip ( https://www.xpboostcomic.com/comic/a-tenuous-bond/ ) had the author, Robin Brooks, commenting: “Clearly I should make surprising relation reveals more often. Next storyline: which character roomed with Castor in college?” In light of that, I think I’m going to have to guess it was Theron’s player; and further, Theron gets to reply to the “‘Sup?” question with their own, personal schtick from college-days . . . maybe something like, “Wazuuuup?”
I wonder what the odds are of castor actually generally helping if he knows the whole situation. Or at least help in a way that gets his rocks off at causing misfortune for orhan and his legion .buddies.
Yes! But ally, or enemy?

Castor, I swear to gods, if you are allied with Orhan in this, I. Will. End. You.

Well, he has a guild full of desperate people.
Based on this https://www.xpboostcomic.com/comic/questionable-employment/ I think that he’s culled the desperate and found kindred souls…
And what are the odds that Orhan changed Theron’s bind location before deleting the [Stone of Recall]?
I don’t clearly remember, but isn’t the new hearthstone autobinded to the inn you get it from?
While RoQ is certainly based on WoW, there are some differences.
Sounds legit.)
Hearth now, Theron. You’re wearing proof of a scam and are a soft target.
And I just lost interest for a while. Hopefully Castor’s gone soon.
A wildcard has been thrown into battle.
That “Mug of Easy Consumption” toy even has sound effects!!
Glad to see Castor… and yet… I can’t help feeling that we haven’t seen the last of Alsocastor

Read this and the next couple strips.
Oh god it be funny if Caster ended up being their saving grace insiding Orhan’s group.
Not sure if I should feel relieved or worried by the return of Castor.
