Once they finally pick a tabard, Keran will have to get all new cosmetic armor to match the tabard!
No silly, she’ll just design it around her current gear. Then change it when she gets shinier gear.

I suspect it’s a cosmetic feature that you can access if you pay the Realm of Quests store a low low one time price of $9.99.
Or for the reduced price of $24.99 get Stars, Hearts, AND Horseshoes! Clovers, Blue Moons, Rainbows, and Red Balloons will be released next patch!

Please, no pink tabard with white printing. I have seen that a few times and cringed. I prefer a nice dark green with a gold-colored insignia or a light blue with a dark-colored insignia.
