I wish WoW had an animated emote like that; it’s one area that needs major updates in that game. FFXIV has the totally awesome /brofist (and your toon will kneel to do it with the short races), complete with fist bump and chest thump.
I swear this is about how *most* of the people in my life responded when I came out as trans. Accepting and supportive, but mildly offensive without meaning to be.

There’s a friendly drogbar (sic?) in Highmountain who walks around looking for a high five you can interact with. 🙂
