Just once I want an RPG to realize that some of the best rogues are the guys that look stylish, or look like everybody else.
Give me medieval James Bond, or some cleverly modified everyday wear. Not one of my rogues would pull off the heist of the century looking like they kicked puppies and bathed in the blood of their enemies every morning.
I wish my Warrior-types had HALF the savage looking armor my rogues do…
I agree. As cool as it is to play the sneaky assassin character hiding in the shadows, it is often just as fun to be the swashbuckler who calls attention to himself with outlandish gear before fighting with sword and dagger.
Safe to say we can insert “just right” memes right about now.
That’s one edge lord looking elf. I bet he’s like 14 or something.
“edge lord” could pretty much describe the rogue aesthetic in most RPGs.

YOU’LL BE A HOODED SHADOW STABBY PERSON AND LIKE IT.
Yes, please, feathered hats.
At least he’s trying. Right?
Wait isn’t that the elf from the first dungeon who Keran yelled at for trying to make her pull before the dialogue ended?
Yeah, he’s so elfish.
Nailed it!
Eh-heh. That elf looks awfully similar to Gutts.
