          Deathwing is one of the Dragon Aspects; Ergo, he would be the Dragon God. Nefarian is Deathwing’s eldest son, and Deathwing was alive throughout his reign, besides being several orders of magnitude more powerful than him, so he would keep his title.

          So Nefarian would be the Dragon King.
